RECOMMENDATIONS
- All our classes are for all levels.
- Class schedules can be modified without prior notice depending on attendance.
- We recommend you to arrive 5 or 10 minutes before the begining of the class.
- All of our classes begin on time and the door will close.
- Do not eat food at least 3 hours before your practice.
- Keep your cell phone off or silent.
- Bring comfortable and suitable sports clothes for practice.
- Avoid the use of strong perfumes or lotions.
- Take care of your personal hygiene.
- If you have any injury or health problem (physical or mental), discuss it with your instructor.
- It is strictly forbidden to leave the classroom before the practice ends.
