RECOMMENDATIONS

  • All our classes are for all levels.
  • Class schedules can be modified without prior notice depending on attendance.
  • We recommend you to arrive 5 or 10 minutes before the begining of the class.
  • All of our classes begin on time and the door will close.
  • Do not eat food at least 3 hours before your practice.
  • Keep your cell phone off or silent.
  • Bring comfortable and suitable sports clothes for practice.
  • Avoid the use of strong perfumes or lotions.
  • Take care of your personal hygiene.
  • If you have any injury or health problem (physical or mental), discuss it with your instructor.
  • It is strictly forbidden to leave the classroom before the practice ends.
